Meridian campaign typography installed at city scale
Case Study

Case study

Meridian needed one campaign idea strong enough to lead in six markets and flexible enough for local teams to run without asking permission.

Global campaigns usually fail in one of two ways. Either the idea is so tight that nobody local can use it, or it is so loose that it stops being one campaign. Meridian had lived through both.

One idea, stated once

The campaign platform was a single sentence about what Meridian's customers are trying to do and how the product helps them do it. Every headline, film and installation had to trace back to that line or it did not ship.

A toolkit instead of a rulebook

Rather than a hundred-page guideline, local teams received working files: typographic systems, motion templates, image direction and copy frameworks with room to write. The rules were in the tools, not in a PDF.

Measured in use

Six markets launched within a quarter. Every regional adaptation still reads as Meridian, and the central team now reviews work instead of producing all of it.

Make it matter.
