Arca had eleven product names, three sub-brands and a corporate identity that none of them used. We gave the portfolio one logic so every new offer knows where it lives.
Brand architecture problems rarely look like brand problems. They show up as a confused sales pitch, a website with too many menus and a leadership team that cannot agree on what to call the next product.
Audit before opinion
We mapped every product, name and audience against what customers actually buy and how they buy it. Half the names were describing internal org charts, not customer needs.
A branded house with clear rooms
Arca became the single master brand, with product families named descriptively beneath it. The eleven names became four, and the new naming rule fits on one line.
Built to hold the next decision
The architecture ships with a decision tree for new products, so the next launch does not reopen the debate. It has already been used twice.
